Lord Foster, an innocent glance at the postwar Award finalist Hache] | Seville Eliacer Cansino writer has filed three hundred high school students his work, which has been translated into Japanese and that brings readers to the last year partnership Franco |

Before an attentive audience of about three hundred high school students, the writer Seville Eliacer Cansino, accompanied by the Councillor for Youth, Ruth Collins, presented this morning in the auditorium of the Centro Cultural Ramón Alonso Ok Luzzy his novel, Mr. Foster (Edelvives, 2009), Hache F inally the Youth Literature Award, organized by the Youth Council of the City of Cartagena.

Cansino Eliacer's novel is a story of training, the author's words, which tells the evolution of a boy who lives trapped in a routine life in a small fishing village until it is Mr. Foster, a British photographer who awakens side makes it more critical and mature.

The book is set in the last years of Franco and reflects the reality of a closed society without freedom, and with some moral poverty.

However, the whole story i viewed from the perspective of an innocent child who knows no ideology but forging their opinions as they relate to people.

Thus, says the author, in a moment of the novel the protagonist is in a moral conflict and do not know whether to follow the advice of a policeman or a person who appreciated but that is frowned upon in the village.

To resolve the question of the protagonist, readers will have to dip into the pages of OK, Lord Foster, as we are doing students between 12 and 14 who make up the democratic Hache Jury Prize.

Experience measured before a jury composed by the young readers is a real novelty for the author Seville, ensuring feel really seduced by this formula, which takes place in Cartagena.

To Eliacer, today's young generation are more interesting of society and ensures that teens read more than before, but reading today meets a different function which met earlier in the century, as it has to compete with other media and the fascination with visual media that prevents young people find the quiet of the reading.

THE GLOBALIZATION "‰ n through S OF LITERATURE

Ok, Lord Foster is an example of globalization through the literature.

Cansino's work has been translated into Japanese and even the author has had the opportunity to meet young Japanese, which ensures that no large differences between young people from all over the world, the concerns of the youth and vision life and literature is the same is Spain and Japan.

Looking to his future projects, Eliacer acknowledges that a writer is constantly forging novel written in the future, sometimes working without realizing that it is working, for example at this meeting, the perceptions that I have, will be part of some work later.

Eliacer Cansino is the last of the authors finalists for this year's Award Hache visiting the city, prize for racing Rosa Huertas and Miguel Sandin, who have been here in December and January.

Hache Prize will fail, as Mandarache Award, by popular vote through the project website www.premiomandarache.es during the first week of April and the winning prize will be awarded in May.
