More than 250 people, including members and militants of the Popular Party, held last Saturday, December 11, the traditional Christmas meal, which as every year brings its members on these special days.

The event, held at the Botanical Garden (formerly the Golden Lady), attended the PP president and president of the Regional Assembly, Francisco Celdrán and party general secretary and mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, along with personalities of regional and municipal politics.

During the meal, the party gave out two badges in recognition of members that more time and more effort by the party have shown over the years.

This year the winners were Joaquin Mowing and Mayor Vera Pilar Barreiro, who received applause from hundreds of this well-deserved recognition for their work and dedication to the game.
