The People's University opens this afternoon at the Centro Cultural Ramón Alonso Luzzy, the exhibition of the works submitted to fast painting contest at the speed of lightning, which was held Tuesday under the sponsorship of FEUP (Spanish Federation of Popular Universities) in a ceremony that will take place at 19.00.
