This is the fifth exit the Virgin of Charity done throughout its history (the others were in 1923, 1953, 1993 and 2005) and makes taking advantage of the Jacobean year celebration.

The organization of the event is run by the Board of Governors of Holy Royal Charity Hospital, with support from the diocese and the city of Cartagena.

The events begin early in the morning of Saturday 23, with the output from the church of Our Lady of Charity, and end at 10.00 hours on Sunday 24 with the return of the mistress to his house from the parish of St. James of Santa Lucia.

During the weekend Masses are scheduled, Aurora Rosary and various encounters with children, church and youth movements, including concert.

The faithful who so wish may accompany the patron on his pilgrimage, along with the band Sauces, and that this output is designed more like a pilgrimage than a procession.
