An official of the City of Cartagena, José Izquierdo, has been one of the people that the National Police has given a plaque of appreciation for his work with the police in its 28 years of service in matters of statistics, population census.

The delivery took place this noon at the Cultural Center Luzzy Ramón Alonso, in the course of the institutional celebration of the feast of Custody Angeles, patron of the National Police.
