On Sunday night, local police officers handed Cartagena a stolen bicycle to its owner, who had recognized when the carrying another man near the campus of Carthaginians and Romans.

The incident took place about 11 pm when the owner, a young man of 20 who had reported the theft last September 6 at the National Police, he saw another young man of 22 years with the bike.

The young man told of the fact a couple of policemen who served at the camp involved interrogated about the origin of the bike, indicating that he had bought for 50 euros a drug addict in the neighborhood of Los Mateos.
