To the concerns of neighbors and neighboring towns The Urrutias (Punta Brava, El Carmolí and Star of the Sea) has created the platform "The Urrutias all year."
Among its main goals is the fostering improvements in infrastructure and the environment, promote general activities throughout the year, encourage citizen participation, integration and facilitate the participation of foreign communities and preserve the environmental wealth of the area.
Its aim is to advocate for improved dialogue with the government, and otherwise streamline the area throughout the year.
In short, actions to recover the area look good.
The Board, chaired by Joseph Clark, currently has about 20 members and numerous supporters.
The purposes are many inviting all residents to join the working groups being established in different areas such as planning, celebrations, sports, etc.
Anyone can do it by going to different places in the district to collaborate with this initiative: Hotel Sol y Mar Restaurant Ruf-Mari or pharmacy.
There may also request to associate, for the symbolic amount of 5 € per year and / or leave your questions and suggestions related to issues in the area and assist in the early stages of the Platform.
