UPyD denounces the arbitrariness of the Company AQUAGEST (17/09/2010)

Cartagena UPyD complaint to the city of Cartagena, the arbitrariness of the service concessionaire Aguas, AQUAGEST Murcia.

According to their Local Coordinator, Fulgencio Egea, it is unfortunate the application of dictatorial and arbitrary rules with their users.
