The councilman of Social Care, Antonio Calderon, delivered on Monday the president of APIC (Association for the Mentally Ill Community Integration of Cartagena and Shire), Francisco Morata, a check for 21,500 euros, financial aid whose goal is to work in operation and maintenance of activities of this association.
This grant is the result of an agreement signed by APIC and the Municipal Institute of Social Services, in order, inter alia, to develop labor insertion of mentally ill patients in the municipality of Cartagena.
The delivery of this financial assistance was in the office of Councillor for Social Care and also of Calderon and Morata, also attended the Association's director, Maria José Hernández.
