El Castillo de la Concepción opens a window to the Cartagena Medieval (28/07/2010)

El Castillo de la Concepción has undergone various transformations throughout history, in classical times, a temple dedicated to Aesculapius, the Islamic and palace in time with the construction cristina by Alfonso X de la Torre del Homenaje, inside the old castle, and other changes made to this day.

The action has been performed in different spaces, on the one hand, the Torre del Homenaje, dedicated to the history of Cartagena, with highly topical museum resources that highlight the 3000 year history of the city and the most representative landmarks each moment of maximum splendor of Cartagena.
