The contracting table proposes the awarding of the municipal printing material to QdH (27/03/2018)

The Contracting Committee of the City of Cartagena, chaired by the Councilor for Finance and Contracting, Carmen Martín del Amor, has proposed at its meeting this morning the award of the printing material service for all municipal facilities to the company Cutillas de Haro (QdH)

The proposal was made after examining the report prepared by the municipal technical services in which the offer offered for a 55 percent reduction on the reference prices established in the specifications is justified.

Its offer has been the most economical of the two formulated in this call, this call, for which 108,810 euros will be allocated in a year.

DESERTS THE POSTAL SERVICES

The table has agreed on the other hand to leave deserted the bidding of the postal services of the City of Cartagena and the Autonomous Body of Collection Management, after knowing the definitive report on the offer presented by the only concurrent company, CORREO INTELIGENTE POSTAL, SL and in the one that stands out the breach of diverse technological aspects of the specifications.

The total amount of this contract was 513,863 euros, for a period of one year.

Finally, the technical services for the preparation of new reports have been sent back to the civil and patrimonial liability insurance records of the City of Cartagena with a bidding rate of 220,000 euros and a term of one year, to which formulated offers four insurance companies;

of the material damage insurance of the City of Cartagena, with a bidding rate of 100,000 euros and a term of one year, which also includes four insurers.
