The local police arrest a minor for assaulting his grandmother (15/03/2018)

Agents of the Local Police of Cartagena detained on the morning of Wednesday, March 15, a minor for assaulting his grandmother.

According to the notice made by the municipal social services, the young man allegedly beat and pushed the old woman on a regular basis.

The alleged perpetrator of the events was arrested by local police officers instructing the police and transferring him to the National Police station, in application of Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, regulating the criminal responsibility of minors.

LEAKS FROM THE MINOR CENTER

In addition to this action, the agents located two minors on Tuesday, March 13, who were walking through the area of ​​Las Tejeras.

Given the degree of disorientation of the minors, the agents proceeded to transfer them to their home.

The police managed to locate the grandparents of one of those involved, who had tried to deceive the agents about their place of residence.

Finally, the grandparents informed the police that the young man was escaping from a prison for minors.

Likewise, the Local Police proceeded on Tuesday, March 13 to search for another minor, who lived in an abandoned house in the area of ​​La Palma, and who was also escaped from the center of minors.

The agents managed to locate the young woman in the vicinity of the fairground of La Palma.

Both minors were transferred to the barracks of the Civil Guard of Cartagena to be returned to the juvenile center of Murcia.
