MC requires Castejón, through appeal, to restore legality in the procedure to set the water rate (15/03/2018)

It has also been reported to the Regional Price Advisory Council on the performance of Ana Belén Castejón regarding the service concessionaire

MC Cartagena yesterday moved to the Local Government Board, through the General Register of the City Council, the appeal for replacement by presenting the cartagenerista against the agreement of February 19, 2018 of the Local Government Board that corrects and validates the agreement of December 29, 2017 on the approval of new drinking water rates.

It is worth remembering that the Contentious Court admitted the claim against Castejón for the infringement of the fundamental rights of the councilors of MC in the Meeting of December 29, because the socialist mayor vetoed the right of the cartageneristas ediles to know the proposal.

The letter, signed by MC's spokesman and deputy spokesperson, José López and Isabel García, respectively, requires the Local Government Board to suspend the execution of the agreement of February 19, 2018. MC also reserves the right to undertake the corresponding legal actions.

López and García denounce that the citizenship be imposed "in an arbitrary way, an excessive rate and different from the one calculated by the municipal officials, through a procedure articulated for that purpose".

In this way, it is intended to prevent "irregular practices could be validated whose judicial, political and administrative investigation is under way".

Similarly, MC yesterday sent the Regional Price Advisory Council, dependent on the Ministry of Employment, Universities and Enterprise of the CARM and the body that must validate the proposal of the local government of the PSOE, the aforementioned appeal for replenishment for its record and valuation considering that Castejón's action is contrary to law.

Likewise, the Court of the Contentious Administrative Court n ° 1 of Cartagena investigates the violation of the fundamental rights of the councilors of MC members of the Governing Board, as well as the Order of January 3, 2018 issued by the judge. of the Court of Instruction n ° 1 of Lugo that investigates the so-called 'Operation Pokemon'.

Judge Pilar de Lara requested in this order "the identification of the officials who approved the studies of rates in the City of Cartagena".

MC shows in his appeal that this confused and unsystematic action of "Caostejón" and the PSOE has three foundations: his political notoriety needs that lead him to give millions of euros of the Cartagena in exchange for a holder;

want to withdraw for the purposes of the investigation of the plot "Pokemon", and the knowledge that, from March 9, the entry into force of the Public Sector Contracts Law requires the approval of the rates by the Plenary and with a more guarantee procedure.

It is clarified that the proposal of Ana Belén Castejón "is not motivated in the studies of municipal costs, in fact these seem to be kept 'in the drawer' in exchange for other more 'friendly' and appropriate for the negotiation of what is the price of the contract ", and it is explained that it would be a concealed contract modification.

It is also stated that as of November 21, "Caostejón" appropriated all the water-related files by de facto way, creating a "Technical Commission" with the endorsement of the Director of the Legal Department, which, yes, did not report any of the legal aspects of said committee.

Stressing that this shows a preconceived plan to escape the law and surrender to the dealer in exchange for a few pages of his photo album.
