The Director General of Citizen Security and Emergencies, José Ramón Carrasco, participated today in the meeting of the Local Security Board of Cartagena, in which the deployment of security was analyzed by representatives of regional, local and state administrations. will develop in the city on the occasion of the celebration of Holy Week, between March 23 and April 1.
