Agents of the Local Police of Cartagena destined to the Unit of Quality of Life intervened in the afternoon of Wednesday Wednesday to the occupants of a vehicle, that were depositing debris in the public thoroughfare.
The events took place at 4:30 p.m., on the esplanade of the old Potasas factory on the La Union highway, where the agents surprised the occupants of a vehicle while they were making the deposit of debris that, apparently, came from of the works they were doing in a house.
The agents proceeded to denounce the events as an infraction of the Urban Cleaning Ordinance and the Waste Management Law.
On the other hand, two of the four occupants of the vehicle were in an irregular situation in Spain, so they were transferred to the premises of the National Police Station, one of them being detained.
