PREGNANCY OF THE 75th ANNIVERSARY

Miguel Solana Gil, chaplain of the Brotherhood of the Resurrected, was in charge of carrying out the proclamation of the 75th anniversary of the brotherhood, on Friday, February 23, at 8:30 p.m., in Santa María de Gracia.

This proclamation coincided with the second day of the triduum in honor of its owner (on Thursday, the first day of the triduum, the III Pregón de Juventud took place in charge of the Youth Steward, Paloma Pérez Galindo).

In it, Solana reviewed the history of the founding of this brotherhood, which took place in 1943.

The priest stressed the importance of the Christian message that each Sunday of Resurrection the groups that form this brotherhood take to the street: "The end of our procession is the announcement of the Good News that is Jesus Christ and this Risen, as a news received since two thousand years and that is transmitted from generation to generation, and that we materialize with the Procession of Easter Sunday. "

The chaplain of the Risen One toured the different thrones that come out in the procession and called the processionists to live Holy Week and Easter Sunday as good criers of the Cartagena traditions.
