For Citizens, the decentralizing legal figure that could suppose an authentic optimization of public resources for Cartagena is the region.

Lhicarsa and transitory rules on requests and questions

"The mayor of Cartagena informed us this week in the Board of Spokesmen that the rules are expected to be firm and apply in two months, and from Citizens we believe that will be a" revulsive "for the municipality, not only because of the reactivation of many industrial projects and the construction of houses in the urban center, but also because hundreds of jobs will be generated ".
Despite this satisfaction, the spokesman recalled that Citizens has demanded more "speed" in this process to give legal coverage to the expansion of the business fabric and for the construction of some 600 new homes, "we are talking about 130 million euros that are waiting for the completion of these procedures to be able to boost the economy of the municipality. "
