The Three Kings arrive on Friday by boat to Cartagena (04/01/2018)

At last, the most awaited day of the year for all the children arrives.

The Magi finally arrive tomorrow to fulfill the wishes of those children who have behaved well during the last year.

As is tradition, their Majesties the Kings of the East will arrive in Cartagena by boat.

It is expected that, before arriving at 11:30 hours, hundreds of children wait at the port for their long-awaited Magi.

To welcome you there will be, of course, a Welcome Party with fantasy characters, inflatables and music for young and old to dance and celebrate this special day at the door of the City Hall.

After this small reception, the Magi will receive at 12:30 hours all children who wish to pick up their cards.

Your Majesties will be greeting these little ones until two in the afternoon.

Due to the large number of children who, predictably, will want to deliver their letters and talk to the Kings to tell them what gifts they want for this year, it should be as fast as possible so that everyone can have their little time alone with These magical guests.

As every year, in addition to letters and good wishes, the Kings of the East will also accept candies and all kinds of gifts that children want to make them.

MAGIC HORSEBACK RIDING

The traditional parade that accompanies the cart of the Magi will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will tour the main streets of the city.

This will be a small snack for all the children of Cartagena who, if they have been good, will receive their most desired toys in their homes.

For those who have not behaved so well, their Majesties the Kings of the East will leave a small sample of coal in their homes to remind them to improve their behavior for next year.
