Women from Perín, Los Puertos, Campo Nubla, La Magdalena and Canteras (District 1) celebrated this weekend at the First Meeting of Rural Women in the western zone.
An event that was held in the Local Social Cuesta Blanca, and attended by the mayor of Cartagena Ana Belen Castejon and councilors David Martinez Noguera, Obdulia Gomez, Francisco Aznar and Juan Pedro Torralba, who participated in the various activities organized at the initiative of the Department of Equality.
During the meeting, a sample of the craftwork that they have developed during this year in each of the participating associations was exhibited and a day of coexistence was enjoyed in which the participants exchanged experiences and initiatives.
Among the activities that were carried out, the mayor, councilors and the rest of the attendees developed a t-shirt decoration workshop with spray paint.
