The Council of Spokesmen of the City Council of Cartagena met Monday, under the presidency of the acting mayor, Juan Pedro Torralba, to order the ordinary session of the plenary for this October, which will take place on Thursday, the 19th, from of next Thursday at 10 o'clock in the morning at the Palace Hall and that as a highlight is the provisional approval of the amendment of the Municipal Taxes and Fees and Custom Payment Plan for 2018.

In addition to the agenda of the matters foreseen in the call, in the section of the initiatives of the municipal groups will be addressed four requests, 24 questions and 13 motions, distributed as follows:
