On Monday, September 18, the inauguration of the school year will take place at IES Santa Lucía in its new occupational classroom of basic office operations.
The event, which is scheduled to take place at 10:45 hours, will include, among others, the presence of the Councilor for Culture, Equality and Education, David Martinez.
The new occupational classroom was authorized by the Directorate General of Attention to Diversity and Educational Quality of the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports of CARM, for the school year 2017-18.
The classroom with nine students enrolled for this course, has the collaboration of the Department of Education both for the students' proposal and for the planning and evaluation of the measure.
In particular, it collaborates through the contribution of educators of the Municipal School Absenteeism Program, to follow up the students, and in the conditioning of painting and masonry of the aforementioned classroom, as well as the loan to the center of the computer equipment for students, during this school year.
