The Contracting Bureau awards the installation of chairs and tribunes for CyR, Kings Parade and Carnival (05/09/2017)

The delegate councilor of Finance, Contracting and Patrimony, Isabel García, presided this morning, in the administrative building of San Miguel, a new meeting of the Recruitment Table of the City of Cartagena.

During the session, the award proposal for the installation of chairs and tribunes in the parades of Carthaginians and Romans, Cabalgata de Reyes and Carnival was made to the company 'Gil & Morales Alquileres y Montajes SL', with a fee of 5,000 euros , which implies 2,000 euros more than the exit fee.

It should be noted that this award will have to be ratified by the Governing Board and that the City Council does not enter this fee, but rather grants it to Carthaginians and Romans, Carnival and various social entities (in the case of the Cavalcade of Kings).

HIGH ENTERPRISE PARTICIPATION

In the same way, the economic proposals for the following negotiated procedures and minor contracts have been digitally opened, with a high level of corporate participation:

Technical assistance for the revision of Cartagena's strategic noise map (two companies opt for);

supply and installation of the minimum CCTV and alarm equipment for the Santa Florentina market (two companies);

restoration of facade in the street Guillermo Vila de La Puebla (eleven companies);

public lighting for the Neighborhood Council of El Albujón, year 2017, (seven companies);

improvements of the existing steel in Calle Trinidad de Los Mateos (eight companies) and repair of wall of substantiation of public road next to the CTRA.

N-343 between PP.KK 4,877 and 5,000 of the JVM de Alumbres (five companies);

All the proposals have been sent to the technical services to issue a report on potential casualties before making the award proposal.

Regarding the open procedures, the Bureau has been informed of the administrative documentation and technical proposal of the catering service in the municipality of Cartagena for seniors (two bidders) and cleaning service of public schools 2017-2020 (eight companies) , sending this information to the technical services so that it can be evaluated before the economic offers are known.

Finally, on the contract for the reform of 18 toilets in public schools in the municipality of Cartagena, the Contracting Bureau has opened the administrative documentation and the economic offer of the twenty two companies that choose to perform this service, remaining at the expense if the opinion of the technical services on the calculation of possible reckless casualties is known before the award proposal.

OPEN PROCUREMENT PROCESSES

The companies can gather information on the processes of public contracting in the Profile of the Employer that has a direct link in the web of the City council of Cartagena.

Currently, the deadline for participation in the following contracts is open:

-Supply material for municipal brigades - Year 2017, with a budget of 493,714.29 euros.

Deadline: 7 September.

- Voice, data and mobile communications service of the City of Cartagena.

Lot I: Fixed telephony, data network and Internet access.

Lot: Mobile telephony and mobile data, with a budget of 1,320,000 euros.

Deadline: 7 September.

- Archaeological maintenance and preventive restoration of archeological spaces of Cartagena, with a budget of 312,156 euros.

Deadline: September 11th.

- Supply floats Christmas and Kings, with a budget of 60,500 euros.

Deadline: September 13th.
