The Board of Trade of the City of Cartagena has held a new meeting this Friday, September 1, under the chairmanship of the Finance Councilor, Isabel Garcia, in which the technical offer presented by Sillas Gil, the mercantile who opted for the award of the contract for the installation of chairs and tribunes in the parades of Carthaginians and Romans, the Parade of Kings and Carnival.
Specifically, the tender alludes to two days and three festive events in Carthaginians and Romans, one day for the Kings Ride and one day for the Carnival parade.
The contract has a canon of 3,000 euros upwards and a duration of one year, with the possibility of being extended for three more years, one at a time.
Thus, the evaluation of the technical proposal weighs, among other matters, the experience of Sillas Gil in the installation and rental of chairs and tribunes, the number of employees assigned to the service, the characteristics of the chairs, the quality of galleries, the number of advance ticket points and the opening hours.
