Sports Training, Sports Management and Recreation, Physical and Functional Reeducation, Sports Sailing and Regatta Organization are the five official mentions in which the students of the Degree in Physical Activity and Sports (CAFD) of the campus of the UCAM In Cartagena from this next course.
More than fifty professors of this race have gathered in the Museum of the Roman Theater to, among other things, prepare the subjects of these official mentions, whose specialization will help students to have the professional dedication they prefer.
Precisely the specialization, the practices and the employability are commitments of the UCAM with its students, counting also in CAFD with the permanent contact with athletes of high level many of which are university companions and numerous clubs of the Region.
In addition, the Catholic University has agreements with the Spanish Olympic Committee on training and its campus in Cartagena has been organizer of the University Championships of Athletics, Table Tennis and Badminton.
The UCAM sports bet is materialized in Cartagena primarily through its team Table Tennis Cartagena, collaboration with Cartagena FC or the Club UCAM Athletics Cartagena.
It should also be remembered that 11 of the 17 Spanish medalists of the last Olympics belong to the UCAM, so they contribute with their experience to enrich the knowledge of their peers.
An example of this are the students of the UCAM as the marcher and precisely student of CAFD Miguel Angel Lopez, footballer Juan Francisco Góngora, the Olympic throwing disc Fran Casañas, the priragüista Ana Isabel Rios or the triathlete Ana Mariblanca.
