Campillo de Adentro celebrates one more summer its celebrations in honor of the Virgin of the Assumption, and it does it with a program in which the competitions, championships and performances will take special relevance and that will not leave aside the gastronomy.
It will be two weeks that will start on August 1 and culminate on the 15th, with the celebration of the patron saint.
On Tuesday, the championships of auction, domino and Parchees will begin, but the official start of the parties will be on Wednesday 2 with the Pregón de las Fiestas, which will be in charge of the delegate councilor of Portal and Transparency Office, María José Soler, And with the farewell of the Queen and ladies of the previous year and the election of those of this 2017. Also will be awarded the Palmito de Oro prize.
The performances will enliven the nights of Campillo de Adentro during the festivities.
Thus, Pablo Maca, Los Mariachis or Neighbors of the Room will put music to the different evenings of the locality.
There will also be theme nights such as the foam and costume parties or the 'Tú si que vales' contest.
The smaller ones will have their space with the child fishing contest, a workshop and a Play Station championship.
Wednesday 9 will be the turn of the Woman Campillera, the day dedicated to the women of the place.
The neighbors and visitors will also be able to delight their palates with the different gastronomic activities that are foreseen, such as the brotherhood dinner, the Women's Day Campillera, a cookery workshop, Migas Night, Popcorn Night or the traditional lunch Of the day of the patroness.
The festivities will end on Tuesday, August 15 with the celebration of the Fiesta Mayor.
The Holy Mass in honor of the Virgin will be followed by lunch and then Pablo Maca will act to give way to the trophies of the contests and championships.
