Ana Rama, explained that "in this Museum we find a permanent collection that covers the History of the Navy from the creation of the Maritime Department of Levante in 1728 to the present day.This collection is composed of pieces related to shipbuilding, cartography and navigation , Naval artillery, naval health, flags and uniforms, and since 2013 has a monographic room, located in a building next to Isaac Peral with the original prototype of the submarine.
