The Contracting Board awards four new contracts with significant savings compared to the bidding budget (19/07/2017)

The Board of Recruitment of the City of Cartagena has held, in the administrative building of San Miguel, a new meeting under the chairmanship of the Councilor for Finance, Contracting and Patrimony, Isabel García, in which the proposal for awarding the Maintenance service of gardens, trees and palm trees in areas of the coast of Cartagena to the mercantile Actua, Services and Environment SL, for 76,741.31 euros + VAT (saving 36.15% on the amount fixed in the tender).

Likewise, the proposal for the award of the contract for the renovation of supply pipelines in the street Licenciado Cascales de Cartagena to JUMABEDA SL, for an amount of 9,573.28 euros + VAT, resulting in a savings of 35.62% Base bid budget (€ 14,870.20).

On the other hand, the tetra terminals for the Local Police of Cartagena, contract to which they chose three companies, will be supplied by TEDITRONIC SL, at the price of 378.75 euros per terminal, representing a saving of 49.50% on the price Bidding.

This award has been conditioned to the study that there is no reckless or disproportionate casualty.

In the same situation is the contract for the installation of a low-voltage underground line in the Carthagonova esplanade, which has had eight bidders and has been proposed to be awarded to Redeles Eléctrica Levante SL, for 14,489, 75 euros + VAT. Which represents a saving of 33.36% over the bidding amount.

Regarding the service of removal of vehicles (crane service), comprehensive management of the municipal tank of vehicles, as well as the installation and removal of various temporary and portable traffic signaling material on the public highway of the municipality of Cartagena, after the study Of the report assessing the technical aspects, the Bureau has known the economic proposals, sending this information to the technical services to assess the total score of each bidder.

- Supply of material for municipal brigades - year 2017, with a budget of 493,714.29 euros.

- Supply of materials for the municipal mobile fleet, with a budget of 203,000 euros.

Deadline: 7 September.

- Fixed voice, data and mobile communications service of the City of Cartagena.

Lot I: fixed telephony, data network and internet access.

Lot II: mobile telephony and mobile data, with a budget of 1,320,000 euros.

Deadline: 7 September.

Negotiated procedures

- Provision of furniture for municipal libraries, with a budget of 29.998,86 euros.

Deadline: July 25.

- Batch supply of printing consumables for the Exc.

City council of Cartagena.

Lot I: original cartridges ink jet printers.

Lot II: Toner laser printers, with a budget of 60,000 euros.

Deadline: July 25.

- Adaptation of cheniles for animal comfort in CATAD, with a budget of 123,104.88 euros.

Deadline: July 25.
