Cuesta Blanca celebrates between Thursday 20 and next Sunday July 30 their patron saint festivities in honor of Santiago Apóstol with a program in which they mainly emphasize the evenings with dancing and the meals and dinners of brotherhood.

The festivities will officially begin on Friday 21st at 10:00 p.m. with the reading of the proclamation, which will be the responsibility of the Councilor for Celebration and Decentralization, Juan Pedro Torralba, and the later dance enlivened by the Duo Nerea, although the Firing of rockets, the lighting of the lights and the assembly of the verbena will inaugurate the festive period already on Thursday.

Thus, in the different verbenas will act, in addition to the Duo Nerea, Priomera Line, Duo Nakar, Cinnamon in Branch, the group Gema, Duo Yomage and the Duo Azabache.

There are also scheduled two discomóviles, which will be Wednesday 26, after the great moray of sardines, and Thursday 27 in the day dedicated to Youth.

In addition to the large moraga of sardines, on Sunday 23 there will be a meal of coexistence in which rice is prepared for the attendees and at dawn from Saturday 29 to Sunday 30 will be distributed cakes and chocolate.

As it can not be otherwise, on Tuesday 25th the patron saint will be celebrated with the procession in which horses and carriages will participate and, afterwards, the mass in honor of the saint will be officiated, accompanied by a choir rociero, in the Plaza of the church.

There will also be space for the little ones in the night dedicated to the children's public, which will be on Monday 24. Also, the sport will also have its moment with the X Vuelta Ciclista by Cuesta Blanca, to be held on Saturday 22 at 19:00 hours .

At the end of it, a bicycle will be raffled.

The castle of fireworks and the final traca will put the epilogue to the festivities of this 2017 on Sunday 30 past midnight.
