The students of the ADLE Three Forks Program begin this Tuesday the phase of work in the Solidarity Dining Room Jesus Maestro and Pastor (27/06/2017)

The students of the Mixed Employment and Training Program of the Agency of Local Development and Employment 'Three Tenedores', subsidized by the Employment and Training Service (SEF) and co-financed by the European Social Fund and with municipal contribution, begin on Tuesday, 27 June, the formation phase in the classrooms of the Building 'La Milagrosa' and the Comedor Solidario Jesús Maestro and Pastor of Caritas Cartagena, where they will prepare and serve supportive dinners during the coming months.

In this way, the dinners will begin to be elaborated in the hospitality training classrooms of the Local Development and Employment Agency (ADLE) from this Tuesday and will be served until next March 26, 2018, when this training program will end.

To this end, a collaboration agreement has been signed between ADLE and Caritas Cartagena.

Another collaboration agreement has also been signed with Catering and Restauración SL, whereby the company will be in charge of carrying out the solidarity and free transport of the dinners that will be prepared, from Monday to Friday, until the Dining jointly.

The Mixed Program of Employment and Training 'Three Forks' is aimed at young people under 25 enrolled in the National System of Youth Guarantee.

It has a duration of 12 months and is aimed at 40 students, composed of two phases, work and training.

The first three months students receive a daily scholarship and the remaining nine months, starting this Tuesday, a training contract is made to the students for their collaboration in the Solidarity Dining Jesus Teacher and Pastor.

In the Program three certificates of professionalism of Hospitality are imparted, as they are Cook level 2, for 15 students;

Basic cooking operations level 1, for 12 students;

And Basic operations of restaurant bar level 1, for 13 students.

The purpose of the implementation of this mixed hospitality program is to achieve a complete training of each training specialty that allows young people to be able to insert themselves in the world of work that demands more at the moment and at the same time to raise awareness among students Social needs and the acquisition of a solidarity attitude.
