June 20 is World Refugee Day and to commemorate this date, show social support to refugees and make their reality visible, this Wednesday, June 21, Accem, with the collaboration of the City of Cartagena, organizes a solidarity concert in The El Batel Auditorium where groups such as Second, Varry Brava, Nunatak, Viva Suecia, Muerdo, Road Ramos and Kuve will perform.
It will be at 8:00 p.m.
The groups mentioned have wanted to collaborate altruistically in a day dedicated to solidarity, commitment and music, participating in the concert whose funds will go to the projects that Accem develops in the Region of Murcia.
The association has hosted refugees in Spain for 25 years and was the first organization to put shelter and integration devices for refugees in the Region of Murcia 10 years ago.
Accem specializes in work related to the right of asylum and migration, although its scope extends to all people who are at risk of social exclusion.
In the decade that has been working in the Region of Murcia has developed different programs ranging from reception, social, psychological and legal care to training and socio-labor without forgetting the social awareness, so necessary in the current times.
To continue carrying out this work, we need help and collaboration, hence the organization of this concert.
Tickets are on sale at the El Batel Auditorium and at the Accem offices at C / Cabrera s / n in Cartagena and at C / Ricardo Gil nº 5 in Murcia.
Those people who can not attend will also have the possibility to collaborate in the zero line.
