La Puebla celebrates this month of June its patron saint festivities in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, which will run until Sunday June 25, and will include masses, the XXIX Pilgrimage of Santa Maria del Buen Aire, competitions, the traditional Day of the Potato, foam and water festival, as well as live music concerts.
The activities began at the Diputación cartagenera on Sunday, June 4, with the traditional Potato Day, which reaches its tenth edition this year.
Thus, a day was organized with a craft market, an exhibition of varieties of potatoes from the Campo de Cartagena, potato launch competitions to the pot, tastings and the nomination of the new avenue José Manuel Claver.

Finally, on Sunday, June 25, there will be a pilgrimage, paella contest, verbena and, to close the celebrations of this 2017, great castle of fireworks of end of celebrations.
