This morning, the Councilor for Finance, Isabel Garcia, has chaired a new meeting of the Recruitment Table of the City of Cartagena.
The appointment, as usual, has been developed in the administrative building of San Miguel.
Throughout the meeting, a number of dossiers have been addressed, with the adjudication of eight of them, including those relating to the management of the day-care center of El Algar and Los Dolores.
In the case of El Algar, the award proposal was made in favor of Ilunion Sociosanitario, SA, while in the center of Los Dolores the company that obtained the highest score was Eulen, SA
Subsequently, the contract was dealt with that referred to the supply of integral software product for the adequacy of the operation of the Hon.
City Council of Cartagena to Law 39/2015 and Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the legal regime of the public sector, as well as technical regulations that complement them.
After the study of the technical report of the proposals and the openings of the envelopes that contained the economic offers, the proposal of awarding to Tangrambpm Soluciones y Servicios, SL, being the company that obtained the highest technical score, has been fixed.
It has also been the one that presented the best economic offer for a sum of 72,265 euros plus VAT, which represents a saving of 27.74% on the bid price (100,000 euros).
The Bureau has continued to address various files that have been resolved as follows:
Technical - stage management service, technical and stage production, support staff and infrastructure for the XXIII edition of the 'La Mar de Músicas' Festival.
The Bureau has been informed of the technical report that it has not appreciated that none of the three bidding companies are in reckless casualty.
Afterwards, it has proposed the award of the contract to Wild Punk, SL, by presenting the most economical offer (€ 51,000), which translates into a 20.31% saving on the bidding price (€ 64,000).
Summer schools organized by the City Council of Cartagena, 2017. Once the study of the technical report of the proposals received and to open the envelopes containing the economic offers, has been proposed to Al Alba - Empresa de Servicios Educativos, SL, By obtaining the best technical score and presenting the best economic proposal.
The same has been set at 70.59 euros / child, which is a saving compared to the bidding price (74.38 euros / child).
Maintenance of the computer applications of the City of Cartagena.
Proposal for an award in favor of Ingeniería e Integración Avanzadas, SA, as the company that obtained the highest technical score and obtained the best economic offer, for an amount of € 19,200 plus VAT, which has facilitated a saving of 20% Bid price (24,000 euros).
Dining service for summer schools, 2017. Following the study of the technical report and knowledge of the economic offer, a proposal for the award has been formulated for Serunion, SA, for an amount of 3.63 euros / daily menu.
Restoration of local police base in Cabo de Palos.
The best economic offer, once verified that none of the bidders were in reckless casualty, has been presented by Josefa Antón Lamberto (16,845.11 euros), assuming a saving of 33.28% over the bid price (25,248, 63 euros).
Lastly, the Bureau has approached the contract concerning the prevention service of others for the health monitoring of HE.

The economic offers of the five companies that opt ​​for this contract have been referred to the technical services for the issuance of their valuation report, a preliminary step before making the award proposal.
