Josele Sanchez presented at the UPCT his new book, Sad Ballad for Spain (10/05/2017)

The writer and journalist Valencian, Josele Sánchez, presented yesterday, Tuesday May 9, his book 'Balada triste para España'.

A work in which he collects a collection of his best opinion articles, many of them published in La Tribuna del País Vasco, with a prologue by César Vidal.

In the works published in the book, the author is openly discussing current issues such as political corruption, monarchy, political party system or justice.

The intervention of the author was preceded by a brief presentation of his person and of the work, in charge of the mayor, José López, and the president of the platform '2 es +', Jose Antonio Luque.

The Valencian columnist has become known in Cartagena for his recent trilogy of articles entitled "Is there Cartagena?", Which has become viral through social networks.

In the last of these articles the author defends both the "Cartagena feeling" and the biprovincialidad of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.

Although these articles are not included in the presented work, Sánchez also wanted to make reference to this topic.

After the lecture on the author's own book, a question-and-answer session was held in which the attending audience, who filled the room, participated very actively, with issues of both political relevance and the author's vision regarding the situation in Cartagena.
