Ricardo Segado participates in the day of debate Voices of Europe that closes the European Youth Week (09/05/2017)

The Councilor for Culture and Heritage, Ricardo Segado, participated this morning in the debate 'Voices of Europe', which has also served as a closure to the activities organized on the occasion of the European Youth Week.

During the event, representatives of various entities and groups from the city and the region participated in the Isaac Peral Hall of the Business Sciences Faculty of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT).
