The Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) receives tomorrow more than two hundred people interested in its engineering, architecture and company studies in a few days addressed to the future students and their families, who will be able to know the different educational centers, as well as the facilities Research, libraries and university residences.
The university community is going to turn in this day, with more than 70 professors, students and administrative staff and services attending to the visitors and answering their doubts about the careers that the UPCT imparts, their professional outings, their possibilities of practices in companies And in the Network of Chairs of the Polytechnic of Cartagena, which includes more than thirty companies or international mobility programs.
The attendance to the Day, which will be repeated next Saturday April 29th, is free, with previous registration through the form enabled on the web puertasabiertas.upct.es.
The Cartagena Polytechnic has facilitated that the interested ones can design their own itinerary and visit the School or Faculty in which they are interested, in addition to the common facilities.
Visits will be made in the morning.
They will start at 10:00 a.m. and noon.
The University has provided free transportation from those locations where there has been a sufficient number of people interested.
To the day will attend a good number of people from outside the Region of Murcia, especially of several localities of the Valencian Community.
The Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena teaches 15 grades that are distributed between the Higher Technical Schools of Architecture and Engineering of the Edification, Agronomic Engineering, Engineering of Roads, Channels and Ports and Mining Engineering, Naval and Oceanic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Industrial Engineering And the Faculty of Business Sciences;
As well as masters with professional and specialization.
The UPCT is integrated into the UP4 network.
It is an alliance that adds the excellence of the four public Polytechnical universities of Spain to multiply their capacities and strengthen collaboration in teaching, research, and transfer of knowledge and innovation.
In addition to these open days, the UPCT moves to colleges and institutes in the region and bordering provinces to bring the academic offer to future students.
It also broadcasts its offer in different educational fairs throughout the year.
