The Delegate Councilor for Finance, Contracting and Patrimony, Isabel García, chaired this morning a new meeting of the Recruitment Table of the City of Cartagena.

During the session, held in the administrative building of San Miguel, the Bureau proposed, after the study of the technical services report, the award of the installation of PRFV columns for public lighting in the sector Ensanche-Almarjal to the Society Ibérica de Construcciones Eléctricas SA (SICE) for an amount of € 24,985.53, representing a saving of 39.41% over the estimated value of the works, which was € 41,239.09.

In the same way, the proposal for the sale of tickets for the XXIII edition of the festival La Mar de Músicas a Andalticket SL has been made, as it is the most beneficial offer of the four companies presented.

Likewise, the Thot Software Integration agreement was granted for the processing of files in the systems and procedures of the City Council to Excellence in Implementation and Development SL, the only company presented.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR CONTRACTS

On the other hand, the Contracting Bureau has agreed, in relation to maintenance and repair contracts, that a report is issued to determine if there are any casualties that may be considered disproportionate or reckless before the award proposal is made because it has been proven That there are offers that are around 40% discount.

Specifically, the contracts referred to in this section are for the maintenance of the Auditorium and Congress Center El Batel in 2017, to which eleven companies have been presented;

Maintenance and repair of the buildings of the City of Cartagena, to which five companies have opted;

And maintenance of the public highway in Playa Honda, Playa Paraíso, Cala Reona, Cala Flores, Cabo de Palos and La Manga, to which five other companies have been presented.

Finally, during the session of the Contracting Bureau, the envelopes containing the administrative documents of the Casco Antiguo dossier have been opened to carry out urbanization works for a new pedestrian area in the eastern end of UO1 / CA5 Monte Sacro in Cartagena, attended by 55 companies.

OPEN PROCUREMENT PROCESSES

The companies can gather information about the processes of public contracting in the Profile of the Employer that has a direct link in the web of the City council of Cartagena.

Currently, the deadline for participation in the following contracts is open:

- Maintenance service of electrical installations in schools in Cartagena and its municipal term, with a budget of 518,796 euros.

Deadline: April 28th.

- Maintenance of the public thoroughfare (5 lots - districts and bacheo in the municipal term), with a budget of 714,000 euros.

Deadline: May 5.

- Removal of vehicles (crane service), integral management of the municipal tank of vehicles, as well as installation and removal of various temporary and portable traffic signaling material on the public road of the municipal district of Cartagena, with a budget of 2,800,000 Euros.

Deadline: May 8.
