The councilman of the Department of the Treasury and Interior, Human Resources and Public Safety, Francisco Aznar, has met, along with technicians of the area, with the trade union representatives of the Fire Rescue and Rescue Service (SEIS) to complete the details Of the Dedication Special Regime (RED), which has been unanimously accepted.

With the signing of this agreement, the RED negotiation with the Police, Brigades and Firefighters unions is concluded.

On Monday, it was possible to finalize the text with Brigades and Police, which were also approved with the favorable vote of all trade union representatives.

Aznar stressed the toughness of negotiations that have developed over two months, and has congratulated both the trade union representatives and the City Council for an agreement that sees benefits for both parties.

"We have done a joint work with which we have sought an economic balance and organization of services, and personally I am very satisfied with the agreement for the consensus that has been achieved," said the mayor.

The three agreements have been budgeted by the City Council for a sum € 500,000.

For the purpose of services, there is an increase in the number of hours in the local police station, from 10 to 22 per month.

Firefighters spend 22 to 26 hours of location per month.

In both cases, professionals who voluntarily receive this regime will receive € 114 per month.

As for the municipal brigades, the new concept of operability appears, whereby those workers who take shelter will have a salary increase of 80 € per month.

For the first time, the brigades of sports maintenance personnel are integrated into this NETWORK.

This agreement will involve 30,000 hours of service for citizenship by firefighters and brigades and 48,000 hours of activity by the local police.

The councilman has considered that the police, firefighters and brigade workers will be satisfied with this text, since with it meets the needs that require their services.
