The hospital complex in Cartagena adds a new point of Attention to the user tomorrow (02/03/2017)

During 2016, 11,316 patient applications related to copies of medical records, acknowledgments, registration of births, suggestions or complaints were processed, among others

The Customer Service Service (SAU) of the hospital complex of Cartagena expands its presence with a new point, located in the Santa María del Rosell hospital, which starts tomorrow Friday to give service, and which complements the one located in Santa Lucía.

This is an initiative of the Ministry of Health to respond to users due to increased activity and increase of patients admitted to the Rosell.

The SAU provides the closest attention to the user who has an administrative figure that listens to him, informs him and supports him in what he needs, while facilitating the processing of administrative procedures, requests, complaints, or acknowledgments, among others.

The unit, which is located on the ground floor, next to the cafeteria, has the same schedule as in Santa Lucia hospital: from Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 15.00 hours.

The Customer Service Department processed 11,316 procedures in 2016, including patient requests for copies of medical records, results of diagnostic tests, second opinions, or specialist changes, as well as acknowledgments, complaints, Suggestions or registration of births.

At the Rosell, external consultations in practically all specialties currently exist.

Major outpatient surgery and surgery are performed with admission;

Has two hospitalization units, and a semi-critical unit;

In addition to central services such as radiology, laboratory, pathological anatomy, rehabilitation and emergencies.

During 2016, the hospital room registered 555 patients admitted, 130,000 patients attended in outpatient clinics, 3,600 patients who received treatments at the Day Hospital, and performed 7,651 surgical procedures in its ten operating theaters.

In addition, 46,494 patients were treated in the Emergency Department, more than 220,000 laboratory tests and some 60,000 diagnostic tests were performed on radiology, digestive and neurophysiology services.

It should be remembered that requests can be made personally in the offices of the Customer Service, but also from the corresponding health center, by email or fax.
