Agents of the Local Police of Cartagena located and instructed on Tuesday, December 27, three children who were the perpetrators of an alleged crime of graffiti damage in the area of ​​El Ensanche and Barrio de Peral.
The incident took place on Tuesday, when a man surprised the children, aged between 13 and 16 years old, painting with a spray can to his vehicle while he was inside, after which the young people undertook the flight.
Thus, the driver alerted the Local Police of the incident and began to pursue the career of the minors, who were finally intercepted by local police officers in the La Rosa Park.
They carried a spray bottle of black color and spontaneously reported that they had made several graffiti in parked vehicles, on the facade of IES Ben Arabi and the Conservatory of Music in Cartagena.
After checking the damages caused by the graffiti, Local Police officers located the parents of the children and judicial proceedings were filed for their participation in an alleged crime of damages
