The City Council of Cartagena goes one step further in offering a Cartagena for all with the help of the full integration of people with disabilities with the creation of reading and audiovisual guides of the Municipal Plan on Disability.
On Friday, December 2, Deputy Mayor Ana Belén Castejón and the Councilor for Social Services, Carmen Martín, presented these guides, both printed and in audiovisual format, at the Palace Hall, taking the opportunity to thank the associations Participation in the project and the work they do with people with disabilities and their families.
In addition to the printed guide of the Municipal Disability Plan, the audiovisual resource guide of Disability Entities of the Municipality of Cartagena, promoted by the Department of Social Services was presented with the objective of publicizing the different activities and actions, resources And services that develop and provide in this Municipality the set of Entities that serve this group.
The guide consists of 23 videos of two minutes duration as presentation of the Entity;
In them it will be possible to know its purpose, location and the most relevant actions and services, and it appears the link that allows access to the particular Web of each of them, where the information will be more concrete and exhaustive.
The guide is organized by grouping the entities into four blocks according to the classification criteria by Type of Disability: Physical Disability (Parkinison, Afibrocar, Torre Nazaret, Hospitality Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, Multiple Sclerosis, Canvi, Famdif, Shoulder with Shoulder, Sodicar and (ASA, Asteamur, PrimiSport, Astrade, ADA + -HI, Aspermur), Mental Disability (Apices, TP Cartagena and Afal) and Sensorial Disability (Apanda, Asorcar, Once Cartagena)
