The Popular Party described as "very important and productive" meeting held this morning with the Platform 2es +, to meet the needs of this group in the debate on the Province of Cartagena.

At the meeting, they attended by the president of the PP, Joaquin Mowing, general secretary, Maria Casajús, the popular spokesman Francisco Espejo, and representatives of the Popular Party in the Regional Assembly and has spoken of the need to continue working so together on the importance of Cartagena and its region, and further progress in the rigorous study by this platform.

In this sense, the Popular Party has said that the issue of the province will be discussed in the Regional Assembly in the debate on the reform of the Statute of Autonomy and in the city of Cartagena, through the constitution of the table work approved in the last municipal plenary session of 24 September.

The Popular Party has shown its willingness to move forward in this debate because "it is important to listen to the demands of this group and all the municipalities involved to resolve doubts in favor of Cartagena and region."
