Cartagena Local Police conducted a total of 61 performances during the special safety device that was launched on the occasion of Halloween night.

In these proceedings, the police officers had to evacuate the Pinwheel Park and the Plaza del Hospital, near the Polytechnic University because of the congregation of people who were drinking alcohol in public.

In addition, 300 eggs were seized and an individual was arrested for alleged crime of assault against the police authority.

Other incidents and interventions total of 61 were made regarding noise, fires, fights, alcohol and snuff sale or provision of assistance.
