The Department of Education shall manage Education Center for Children (CAI) of La Palma.
This is second- CAI hands passing the City of Cartagena, after Pozo Estrecho, which has already started the course with governance.
The intention of the Department is to open the registration period as soon as possible but first have to meet with the former dealership, take stock of what they deliver, consider what infrastructure improvements and the material to be acquired to homologate the rest municipal nursery schools, and the hiring of the teaching staff.
The mayor of Education, David Martínez, highlighted the work being done by the City Council regarding the management of these centers.
Unlike did the previous local government, we are rescuing the CAI, which were built with public money, from the hands of the private sector and the citizens are returning.
Thus the center of La Palma will integrate into the network of municipal nursery school, which already has ten, as did that of Pozo Estrecho.
This course enrollments have doubled.
