"The traditional Mediterranean architecture is not studied in universities" (03/10/2016)

Professor at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) Pedro Miguel Jimenez Vicario has gathered today in Palencia the Iberian Research Award Traditional architecture that biennial basis, grant institutions in Spain and Portugal.

This award, worth 3,000 euros, is the result of the cooperation established between two Spanish institutions, Antonio Bedoya Font Foundation and the College of Architects of Leon and the Portuguese Fundação Convento da Orada and Ordem dos Arquitectos.

The doctoral thesis was awarded the UPCT directed by Ignacio Gonzalez Varas and Segado Francisco Vazquez.
