Cartagena held next Wednesday, the International Right to Know Day (26/09/2016)

The City of Cartagena adds, on Wednesday 28 September, the International Day of the Right to Know.

The International Right to Know Day is commemorated since 2002, when civil society organizations and activists from around the world gathered in the Bulgarian city of Sofia to create an international network to define defense strategies and dissemination of the right of access to information.

Cartagena commemorate this day with the realization of a set of activities that will start on Wednesday morning in the Plaza de San Sebastián.
