The Official College of Nursing of the Region issued a press release yesterday, by which endorses the MC announced initiative to urge the CARM for this feat of school nursing schools in Cartagena and its region.
The initiative will be implemented on 8 September during the celebration of the City Council, through a motion that the municipal MC Group has already registered, and where requested the launch of this much needed service for school children with diabetes and that can not be cared for by their parents during school hours, and to address all kinds of issues related to health education, control and monitoring of chronic diseases, early detection of health problems or even immediate care cases health.
Through its note, the College of Nursing welcomes the decision of MC and described as "essential" the presence of this professional figure within the educational system.
Meanwhile, political education cartagenera appreciates the gesture of the College and hopes that the full council supports unanimously his motion, issue to the benefit of all cartageneros when counseling the implant, as though this initiative is already established in many Spanish regions and in countries such as France, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom and United States, among others.
