This morning has been published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) the procedure for sale by public auction of five municipal plots managed by the Company Casco Antiguo CartagenaS.A.
Four of them are located in the area of ​​the windlass while the other is in the Eixample area, in Ronda Union City.
One of the plots has 161 m² and is situated on the street Honda No. 3, and leaves at auction for 278,218 euros.
Moreover, two other plots are located between the old Plaza López Pinto and San Fernando Street, whose surfaces are of 184.64 m² and 273 m², for a price of 252,917 and 339,448 euros respectively.
Another plot, which is 294 m², is located at San Vicente, on the corner of Cuesta del Maestro French, and has a starting price of 278,572 euros.
The last plot is located in the Eixample area-Almarjal, at number 22, Ronda Union City.
It has an area of ​​930 square meters and will be auctioned for 240,392 euros.

Development works in the university district

It is works that will carry out the City Council under the endorsement of the developer, the various defects that must be remedied detected.
The budget for this project is 656,545 euros.
