PP: "Aznar will not meet the firm demolition order and only adapts the illegal works" (28/07/2016)

The Government announced in Parliament that the councilman Francisco Aznar will not fulfill the order firm demolition hanging over buildings constructed illegally on a family plot in El Palmero and is proceeding to adapt to the initially requested and not granted license.

When asked by the popular councilman Alvaro Valdes, the Socialist councilor Obdulia Gomez again described as "exemplary" attitude of the offender council sanctioned by urbanism and said he had given an example in their day by pledging to "restore the land to its former state."

As will be remembered, illegal works were detected in May 2010. It had been performed entirely unlicensed and also did not correspond to the request was being processed.

Urbanism described in its day this violation as "serious" and established a double penalty consisting of a fine and an order to demolish the whole work to the evidence that the work was impossible to legalize, as established by a decree Planning signed in November of that year.

Lack of transparency

The question has been exploited by the mayor and councilwoman to say that the Popular Party had not agreed to the file by not ordering properly.

However, on 27 May, Councilwoman Trasparencia granted the face of the record, which shows that if you had asked properly.

Councilwoman was itself which revoked its authorization verbally claiming Urbanism services had opposed the group to agree to the file.

This refusal is what has prevented the Group has agreed to official information officially requested;

however, Deputy Mayor spokesmen have had no problems to provide that information for publication in the press.
