The Contracting Committee, meeting in the morning of Wednesday under the chairmanship of Councillor of Finance and Procurement, Isabel Garcia has awarded the contract for the works of partial renovation of the interior of St. Market Florentina the company Marcaser, amounting total of 108 742, 70 euros, representing a saving of 22.52 percent over the tender budget (140,348.69 euros).

The award is determined after studying the report of the municipal officers on the eight proposals that had been submitted, so that has been chosen Marcaser to get as technical and financial score.

The project includes the reform from 83 to 98 in the central part of the ground floor of the building site that is in full operation.

Similarly, after studying the report of the municipal officers on the justification of reckless deals in the contract Replacement of stolen public lighting installations in the municipality of Cartagena (2016) cables, the Bureau has accepted the justification for Electrical Installations luna SL, awarding the contract to the company with a discount rate of 30.20 percent on output prices.

Finally, it has opened the economic proposal in the procedure for alienation of municipal property parcels in the soil, reaching en276.100 euros plus tax for the plot C-20.1.2.perteneciente to the Performance Unit No. 1 Atamaría, whose output value was 233,075 euros.

CONCESSIONS kiosks LOS JUNCOS AND PARK Antonares

In the near future, call for tender will be held for negotiated procedure administrative lasconcesiones of the two kiosks located in the Plaza de Los Juncos (Kiosk I - rectangular -; Kiosk II - Circular -), for occupation and exploitation as bar -restaurant.

The deadline to request to be invited ends on Aug. 5.

Furthermore, until July 29, companies can request to be invited to participate in negotiated tender for the occupation and exploitation of the canteen bar Antonares Park in the Barrio de la Concepción procedure laid.
