The councilor for the Quality of Life, Francisco Calderon, visited on the afternoon of Monday, July 4, the facilities of the Association for the Prevention and Help Drug Addicts, APAD.
There, by the hand of the president of the APAD, José Antonio Martínez Pérez, and the founder of it, Jose Antonio Luque Torres, besides knowing this first visit the site, a group of people who collaborate with the association he expressed personal view on the work of the association with respect to those affected by drug addiction.
Since the association wanted to show their appreciation to the council to approach the reality of their day to day afectadosy of efforts against drug addictions are made from there.
The Association for the Prevention Relief Drug Addicts arises in 1988, becoming a time of expansion of heroin use among young people.
Its functions are mainly targeting people affected by drugs, inform relatives and others affected on the steps to be put in treatment depending on the type of dependence, and make those affected care activity showing their support, service and support .
